VICC Mobile Dispatch is for Security Personnel who are signed into the mobile app and are ready to respond to incidents out in the field. To set up a Dispatch event, please follow these instructions:
1) Change your status to available.
2) View a Dispatch Request
3) Accept the Request
4) Complete the Dispatch.
